Allen C. Oliver, MBA, CSP - Chief Executive Officer
Allen oversees the day-to-day operations of Creating WOW Communications. Allen has more than 15 years experience in administration, business management, operations, IT and finance. Brittany - Content Coordinator
Brittany manages the content creation and research for our many social media and blogging clients. She researches social media and blog content as well as managing our team of writers and bloggers. She also manages client newsletters and other general office tasks. Brittany is a graduate of Elon University with a degree in Communications. Jeff - Software Development
The foremost software developer in Central Florida, Jeff is well, quite simply, a genius. And, the cool thing about that is he speaks in a language anyone can understand! Jeff brings to the table two decades of experience in web-based technologies and software development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Information Management. He has earned a reputation among major US corporations as the mind behind significant technology infrastructures. His expertise provides a unique team advantage in retail (business to consumer) applications, intranet tools, and business automation software. He is also highly qualified in analysis, feasibility, project scoping, and more. He is the chief architect behind the Creating WOW Communications' Site Management System (MCSMS) that allows users to update their websites in-house in real time!
Chris - Website Graphic Designer & Developer
Chris has designed websites since his sophomore year of high school and has never slowed down! He's a life-long Central Floridian and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Digital Media. Chris strives to keep his designs ahead of the curve while strictly practicing web standards and all new web development technologies. His ultimate goal is always to deliver a product that not only the client loves, but would also never expect! Chris is our resident Wordpress expert and delivers many websites using Wordpress as a Content Management System if the MC/SMS system is not a good fit.
Justin - Traditional & Website Graphic Designer
Justin has a passion for design that is very evident in his creative work. Justin's background in designing for retail and restaurant establishments brings a unique and fresh persective to Creating WOW Communications. Justin designs new websites, redesigns existing sites, designs email campaigns and traditional media for Creating WOW Communications. Justin is responsible for the design of Creating WOW Communications' rack card brochure and vertical banner.
Peter - Search Engine Optimization Technician
When it comes to Search Engine Optimization, Peter ROCKS! And, when you talk to him you not only understand what he is talking about but you discover he is a really good guy. A fellow University of Central Florida graduate (Go Knights!) he works with Creating WOW Communications' clients to increase rankings in the Google organic search results, increase traffic and build links on social sites.
John - Paid Search Marketing Technician
John manages all of the Paid Search Engine Marketing for Creating WOW Communications. His attention to detail and consistent, steady management helps client's achieve maximum results for minimum cost. John is excellent at keyword research and determining exactly the right keywords to pursue. John is also a University of Central Florida graduate and very active in the local community.
Keith - Search Engine Optimization Technician
Keith's extensive knowledge of search engine optimization tactics and his awesome sense of humor make him a self proclaimed "computer nerd" that is actually a pleasure to be around. Keith manages most of the search engine optimization accounts for Creating WOW Communications and does so with ease. He works daily to increase rankings, traffic and quality leads to our clients' websites. When he isn't optimizing websites, you will find Keith spending time with his family, watching the Orlando Magic play basketball and the UCF Knights play football.
Gloria, Kelly, Vanessa, Jackie, Derece, & Kate -- Blogging & Social Media
These ladies write the words behind our client's online success. Each one writes for several client blogs per month and they do an outstanding job of converging the client's target audience interests, online marketing goals and search engine optimization keyword phrases into readable, interesting copy. Never at a loss for words, you can be sure they will get the last word in on every conversation around the water cooler.
