One of the critical elements of offline and online integration is having a FLEXIBLE website that you can customize in real time to coordinate with your offline campaigns. I have to applaud one particular builder for their outstanding effort in this area.

 

Altura Homes came to Meredith Communications with three goals in mind: (1) Increase the number of leads from their website, (2) Convert those leads into sales, and (3) Have a website that they could manage in-house. We gladly partnered with them and launched their new website November 2007. Since they have gone live, they've gone from one to two eLeads per month to three or four eLeads per week! Their eLeads have turned into double-digit sales!

 

What I am most of proud of is how well they've used their Meredith Communications Site Management System to customize their website on the fly and coordinate it with their offline media. Everytime I check the homepage there is a new special or promotion. They do all of that without calling us! It's one thing to have the tools to do it, it's another to just do it !
